Ahmed Kadhim Kitab, head of the Orphan Charity Foundation's Diwaniyah branch, received Dr. Alaa al-Anbaki, an oncology specialist. During the meeting, the Foundation's humanitarian programmes were reviewed and prospects for cooperation in supporting cancer patients were discussed, with the spotlight on the “Journey of Hope” project as one of the distinctive projects the Foundation has launched to support those affected by this disease.
Al-Anbaki praised the Foundation's efforts in carrying out humanitarian initiatives and stressed the importance of continuing such projects, which combine the humanitarian dimension with specialised support, while the Foundation expressed its thanks for this valuable visit.
