Eligibility conditions
To benefit from the project, the following conditions must be met:
- The patient must be on a limited income.
- Official medical reports confirming the condition must be submitted.
- The civil status identity card and the residence card must be attached.
- The case must fall within the scope of the Foundation’s work and programmes.
How to apply
Submitting a request goes through the following stages
Completing the request
Fill in the assistance request form with the required information accurately.
Submitting the documents
Attach the medical reports and the supporting documents for the case.
Assessing the case
The competent committee studies and assesses the case according to the approved criteria.
Providing the support
The approved support is provided according to the type of case and its treatment needs.
