📍Karrada branch. 🏗 Religious Programme

The Orphan Charity Foundation's Karrada branch held a mourning gathering (majlis) for Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in its hall, attended by 40 orphans registered with it, together with their families. At the gathering, His Eminence Sheikh Muhaimin al-Saadi delivered a religious lecture on the lessons and morals drawn from the Battle of al-Taff, in which he answered the religious questions and enquiries put by the orphans and widows. Some of the orphans also took part with Ashura poems and verses of elegy and devotion.
In cooperation with generous donors, the gathering concluded with the distribution of food baskets and financial assistance, as well as clothing for all the orphans present, along with a meal served to them with juices, to magnify the reward and recompense.
