📍Head Office – Najaf. 🔹Age of Religious Obligation Festival.

The Orphan Charity Foundation's Head Office in Najaf, under the slogan "Our believing girls are the righteous mothers of tomorrow", held a ceremony celebrating orphan girls' coming of age in al-Muhsin Hall in the Fatima Courtyard of the Imam Ali Holy Shrine, to mark their reaching the age of religious obligation (taklif). The girls honoured numbered 300 registered orphan girls, who came from six branches (Najaf, Karbala, Kadhimiya, Diwaniyah, Babil, Al-Qasim). The ceremony began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a religious lecture by Alawiya "Tahira al-Musawi" of the Family Guidance Centre affiliated with the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine on the importance of the hijab and the need to follow the example of the women of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). At the close, gifts and financial assistance were distributed, as well as prayer chadors, and the ceremony concluded with the recitation of Ziyarat Amin Allah in a beautiful atmosphere of faith.
