A delegation from the Orphan Charity Foundation's Shatrah branch, led by the head of the branch, Sayyed Ahmed al-Madani, visited the Dean's Office of the Technical Institute in Shatrah, where they were received by the Dean of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Abdul-Aziz al-Hasnawi, in the presence of the Assistant Dean.
The two sides discussed ways of working together to develop the orphans' abilities and train them in vocational work and in the maintenance of electronic devices such as split air conditioners and electrical appliances, as well as training orphans to set up projects under the Economic Empowerment Programme, one of the important programmes through which adult orphans are supported, in addition to holding the Foundation's seminars and conferences.
For their part, the Dean of the Institute and his assistants expressed their readiness to offer everything that would help develop future cooperation between the Institute and the Foundation, in the interest of caring for and supporting orphans at every level.
