The head of the Orphan Charity Foundation's Wasit branch, Mr. Muhammad Hassan Jasim al-Rikabi, accompanied by representatives of the branch's Sponsorship Department, visited the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Wasit University, where they were received by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Saif Ali al-Saeedi. The two sides discussed the Foundation's working methods, its programmes and the numbers of orphans in its care. The visit resulted in agreement on a number of future projects, starting with an agreement to open a course teaching orphans how to use, program and repair computers.
The Dean told the Foundation's news centre: "We know the nature of the Foundation's work well and trust its ability to care for orphans, and we are fully prepared to cooperate with it."
